October class

Hi everyone. These are the projects we created at my October class by post! If you’d like to join next month, just let me know ☺️

I have made tutorials, they are available on my YouTube channel now, if you’d like to have a look!

First up, the baubles card. I used a note card, then a layer of basic grey 4¼ x 3¼”, then a layer of DSP 4×3″. I used the baubles DSP, the reverse side. Then I took the same DSP and fussy cut three baubles! They are so beautiful, they just make a card! I added some silver cord and voila! A beautiful card that was super easy to create!

The next card is a base of white, then a layer of basic grey 3⅜ x 5⅜”. Then a layer of just jade 5¼ x 3¼” which I embossed with the wintry 3d embossing folder. I die cut three trees from another sheet of DSP, using the coordinating dies. I added a wonderful snowflake, some ribbon and attached my trees. The sentiment is embossed with white onto black, and I added a bow, using pool party striped grosgrain ribbon.

The last card is a fancy fold! A base card of Smokey slate, and score at normal half, then again half again, to create a fold back. I scored at 4⅛, and then 2¹/¹⁶”. A layer of basic grey 3¼ x 5⅜”, and a layer of DSP 5¼ x 3⅝” (cut a mat of white the same dimensions for the inside) Glue the DSP to the grey then adhere to the front half of your card. Be careful to only glue the part that you want to stick! That’s your card done, then decorate! I used metallic mesh and glitter organdy ribbon. Then a tailored tag with sentiment from snowman season. I added a bow to complete the card

Hope you like my cards! The tutorial should be linked to the pictures so head on over and take a look!
