Christmas cheer dies

Happy anniversary

Hi everyone! The new mini catalogue is now available to order from, and it’s a beauty! I have been playing with the Christmas cheer dies and I love them! For today’s card I created an anniversary card for my husband πŸ’™ I used the thin happy die from the Christmas cheer dies, and cut one night of navy, and one balmy blue (which I then layered on top), and this created a sort of shadow effect.

I used the heart punch duo pack to create the hearts in the background. One of the scalloped in balmy blue, then a white plain one, which I embossed with the dots embossing folder. Another plain one from a piece of DSP from the sweet as a peach pack.

I also had a scrap piece left over from a previous project, a stripy piece of DSP from the same pack. I used this under one heart, and the happy die cut.

On the background I used my blending brush with balmy blue, and added a few spatters with my night of navy blends. The sentiment is retired, it’s from the well said stamp set.

I added a bow from white bakers twine, and a few rhinestones; I love the finished product!

Hope you like my card and I’ve inspired you today! Don’t forget you can purchase the products I used, just head over to http://www.littlebluestar.stampinup.net

Love Jane x
