Simple stamping, sweet as a peach

Sweet as a peach!

Hi everyone! I’ve just got my hands on the ‘sweet as a peach’ stamp set, and boy is it great! I love the fonts for the sentiments (I do love a good font!), and also the little flowers, so if you’re not feeling the peaches(!), you don’t have to use them.

The first play, I made some very simple cards, using the peaches. I started with a base of Pale Papaya, and then a simple ‘one-layer’ card, using basic white. I then stamped the leaves in granny apple green, and the peaches in Pale Papaya. For the sentiment, I stamped the ‘sweet as a peach’ in night of navy. Then the tiny sentiment in either card is easy to line up above the already-stamped part. Thus creating your preferred greeting. Quite a simple card, but ‘sweet’ nonetheless! 😉

For my next cards, I didn’t use the peaches at all. Very simple again, I used a base colour, then a white layer. The leaves stamped in granny apple green and then the flowers stamped to match the card base. I used Poppy parade, daffodil delight, flirty flamingo, and for the blue, a base of misty moonlight and flowers in balmy blue. On the blue card, I also added some die cut flowers popped up on dimensionals. The sentiment can be stamped directly onto the white layer, or you can add it to your card, again popping up on dimensionals.

Such a lovely stamp set! I hope you like my designs and I’m looking forward to creating more with this set!
