Hello everyone, these are the projects we made at my May class by post.
So the first one is so easy! The little bundle from ‘Color and contour’ incudes some really lovely dies. I used one of the new in colours, Soft succulent, and dies cut the outer layer. Then the next layer is basic white, and class attendees could stamp with what they had at home, choosing their own. I used the coordinating stamp set, which I adore!! You could whip up a fair few of these pretty easily I think!
The next was a step card. Base card 7×10″ in Highland heather. Then line up the short side at 2¼, and cut from 1″- 7½”, creating a slit. Then line up at 4¾, and cut from 1″-7½”, creating your other slit.
Turn to the long side and score at 1″,2″,3½”,7½” only between your two slits. Then score at 5″ all the way across the card. You then fold the card in half at the 5″ score line, and the scored pieces between your slits become the folded steps. They will fold like consertina style; mountain, valley, mountain, valley. The DSP needs to be cut to 4¾”x 2″. Please watch my YouTube video for details.
The last card, was from the kit ‘you are amazing’, a great little kit, and again, you don’t have to use the coordinating stamp set, you can just use what you have already. I actually used the coordinating set for mine, as I love the stamp set!!
Hope you like my projects!
