kit, Notes of Kindness

I love a kit!!

Hey everyone. As you are probably aware, I do love a kit! You get stunning cards already planned out for you-all you have to do is put them together! Then once you’ve made them all, you are left with a gorgeous stamp set that you can re-use and get creative with!

I like to show you different ways you can use the stamp set, and just by using these stamps, with a few extras, you can make even more beautiful cards- what’s not to love??!!

Today’s kit is from the Notes of Kindness All-inclusive kit. It makes 20 cards with matching envelopes (5 each of 4 designs) and like I say once you’ve made all the cards you are still left with the stamp set to make your own designs! The kit costs ยฃ33 and is carrying over to the new catalogue- yippee! ๐Ÿคฉ Order number 148266 head over toย my online storeย ย now to get yours!

Here are the cards you can make with the kit, you get 5 each of the 4 designs. Absolutely gorgeous ๐Ÿ’™

Then once I’d made up all my cards I got to play with the stamp set!!

So this card was made with a watercolour wash of Mango melody and Daffodil Delight onto watercolour paper. Once dry I flicked some ink from my Mango melody marker, and to add a little something extra, I flicked some Champagne shimmer paint on using a little paintbrush. Then I used the little crosses stamp before adding my sentiment, which I stamped in Mango melody onto a rectangle stitched die.

The next one I used the same sentiment -Thanks- and this time I used Grey Granite. As a background I used the ‘swoosh’ line repeatedly across the whisper white layer in first and second generation. (This means inking and stamping=first generation, then stamping again without re-inking=second generation) I used a piece from my Twinkle Twinkle DSP (retiring so go get it now! 146284) and then added velum which I cut with a rectangle stitched die, before popping up my sentiment on with dimensionals. To finish I flicked some Champagne shimmer paint on using a little paintbrush, and added some sequins.

The next two cards are using the You’re so Kind sentiment. I created the background using the ‘swoosh’ line again.

I used the same sentiment for this card, but created a background using the ‘sprig’ stamp, and went around in a sort of circle shape. I used Gorgeous Grape, Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green and Pacific Point. The sentiment was stamped in Flirty flamingo to match the base card. A few rhinestones were added to finish it off.

This card was made with Gorgeous Grape. I used a piece of cardstock to make a banner piece. Before gluing down I used the crosses stamp to stamp down the middle, peeking out from behind the cardstock. I used the ‘swoosh’ line again on the card to create some texture. I stamped the little Thank You stamp in Gorgeous Grape and I cut it in half and popped up with dimensionals onto a circle of whisper white, which I layered onto Gorgeous Grape and then some rose glimmer paper cut with the starburst punch. A few rhinestones completed my card.

To finish off I just made some super simple 3×3 cards, using a little Twinkle Twinkle DSP.

On this one I created the background with the ‘swoosh’ line again, but using different colours- Soft Sea Foam, Balmy Blue, Petal pink and Pool party.

SUCH easy little cards to make but look so great! I hope you agree๐Ÿ˜Š

Well I hope you’ve enjoyed my creations today, and I’ve inspired you to get creative. If you haven’t got this kit yet, I really recommend it as the stamps are so gorgeous and you can create such a lot with them. As always,ย  I’d love to be your demonstrator so head toย my storeย now to get your products.

Love Jane x
