Hello there friends! Today’s card is my entry for the Global Design Project.
For this colour challenge we had to use Pretty Peacock, Soft Seafoam and Blushing Bride. I used a base of Soft Seafoam and a layer of shimmery white to create a watercolour wash using Soft Seafoam and Blushing Bride. I stamped my ‘hello friend’ from the ‘seriously the best’stamp set (which is retiring- so order now if you’d like it!), in Pretty Peacock onto a stitched circle die cut. I then grabbed ‘free as a bird’ stamp set and stamped some flowers in each of the colours. I stamped some Pretty Peacock onto vellum to give a softer feel. I also stamped and heat embossed with white some small and big flowers. Fussy-cut them all out to add to the card. I created a little banner using off cuts of each colour card, and stapled together with some vellum. I added a bow of linen thread and glued on. A few rhinestones complete the card. I love it!!
